Floyd hadn't fought at 140 in his last 5 fights. Guerrero has one fight over 138 lbs. Big difference. Also, Floyd-JMM was crap when it happened, but I give Floyd is due for that win after seeing an even older Marquez arguably beat Manny at the same weight.

To be honest fighters like Guerro piss me off, no big sized Welterweight will fight him so he will essentially be fighting 140lbers. To me it just comes across as lazy because he can easily make the division south of him.

I don't even think he's brave for trying to call out Mayweather. If he had every intention of winning then sure but we all know that he will get his ass kicked. He's just looking for the Benjamins. If a fighter was as skilled as Mayweather but not a top draw Guerro would not be looking to fight him.
