Comments Thread For: Beltran To Adrien Broner: I Beat Lundy, Now Fight Me!

No1 needs to deflate his ego. The ring has a way of sorting that out. If he's as good as he thinks the he can talk all the **** he wants. If not he'll get shut up. But ego is important to be a great prize fighter. We will see what he is. He's annoying but, so far he's been able to back it up in the ring.Comment

Beltran beat Lundy, and I'm not taking anything away from his achievement, but I feel it would have been more of a fight if Lundy didn't have to visit the scales three times to make weight. Broner, on the other hand, is used to getting on the scales more than once and missing weight, so it may not hurt him as much as it did Lundy, but then Beltran can get half of Broners money like the last guy did and Broner can starve fighting for peanuts.Comment

That true but that only happens when they actually fight a live body. I dont expect much from broner opposition wise till he gets to 140, I have a feeling he gets their quick and he fights easy winnable fights at 135 for some belt and then vacates and move up to get bigger money fights.No1 needs to deflate his ego. I don't even mind his flamboyance and off-the-wall personality (brush included). But saying that guys who fight on ESPN don't deserve to fight him is dumb. Wasn't Lundy a possibility as well? Was he gonna complain if he had to fight Lundy? I just think it's a foolish thing to say, another example of his ego getting out of hand.No1 needs to deflate his ego. Please. Broner is gonna fight for a strap. None of them are vacant. He has to beat someone. And when he does either give him credit or don't. Up to u. But thekid has never ducked anyone so there is no need to act like it.That true but that only happens when they actually fight a live body.
