im starting to think pac doesnt want to fight this year

Hear me out. They only had 3 fighters to choose from. Cotto said nada and now that leaves them with two. Bradley or Marquez should be easy to make. But im getting the feeling that with Pac/may "supposedly" in talks for april 2013, Pac doesnt want to do anything that might hurt those chances.

Think what would happen if Pac REALLY loses to Bradley or say Marquez spanks dat ass again? or say the ppv bombs? Its a Reynolds wrap for any Pac/ Mayweather fight. They have pushed his fight date back three times now citing politics or whatnot but i think its bs. I think Bob is trying to force Manny to fight again this year before he cashes out in april.

Now let me be clear, i dont think pac is scared or anything but i DO however believe he wants that money fight and he knows his standing in negotiations has taken a hit with the bad performances and lower ppv. If rumors are true about 50 and Arum talking about it, i would think that pac doesnt want to risk any judges decisions and just wait til april. After all Arum said Pac isnt obligated to fight this year so why even go thru all this? I think Mayweather may be thinking the same thing if he chooses not to fight this year. He is where he wants to be in terms of sitting at a negotiation table. Manny on the other hand would need to k.o Bradley or demolish Marquez to bring interest in this fight to 2010 levels again. Maybe thats what he's mulling over. Thoughts?

If he fights either, his ppv will bomb as nobody will want to pay to see either fight again.
If he really wants to get ready for mayweather, he doesn't have to fight on PPV. Take a stay busy fight, stay active so it's not a year of inactivity if an when he fights May.
I still think he wins, but at least he'll be better in the ring than a Pac going a year off of doing nothing.
I don't understand why all of their fights have to be PPV. I guess he'll never fight on free T.V again though.

i think its because of the ppv king hype. i think that by fighting on free t.v he can forget about attempting to get a 50/50 with floyd. He wont get one now as it is

i think he is done.... he has to pull off some magical shît to rid that stink off his last 3 performances. this trend of him letting off the gas and expecting decisions will surely be his downfall. pacman is hungry NO MORE.

if his only choices are jmm & tim, then i dont see him getting that nice guaranteed purse he is used to. PPV flops guaranteed.

Pacman wanted Cotto, with Mannyweight, a small ring & welterweight sized gloves. He a$$ed out there & now his choices are grim. He should rematch Bradley. I believe this is 1 of those rare times that a fighter felt he was robbed & didn't want to set the record straight.

            Pac is too distracted.

Bradley was a Top Rank thing, to get people to know their new fighter and help his fan base. It was gonna do bad numbers for Pac since Bradley is totally unknown and hasn't got that all important Mexican following.

Pac needs to fight a young Mexican and he PPV will go up to 1 mil+

Only issue is, none are at 147 that are credible, unless Lopez beats Alvarez somehow LOL.

He's worried about losing out on even more potential earnings from a Mayweather fight if Marquez kicks his ass once again.

Bombing his last PPV with Bradley by his standards didn't help him. Watch Floyd's original $40mil offer drop even lower if they ever negotiate again

My thoughts are the same as ever. I don't think there will be a Pacquiao vs. Mayweather fight. Mayweather won't offer Pacquiao anything close to an even split of the money. Pacquiao won't take much less than half the money available for the two camps to split up. If the two camps come together on the money split the fight will happen but I doubt they will ever agree on this. Arum wants to reserve the MGM for a December 8th Pacquiao fight with Bradley or Marquez and Marquez is the clear frontrunner. They should announce the fight very soon.

The only fight he should consider is Bradley imo, Floyd won't fight him this year.

Hopefully he'll drop his 0% PPV thing next year.
