I remember that Adamek fight being the reason I started believing in Dawson the way I believe in Floyd. Then with Pascal POOF* gone.

I was pissed off at his reasons for his performance in the Pascal fight. I respect and understand why he was mad but take that out on Pascal then handle that business. Don't understand how he could go out like that just because of BS business outside the ring he was going through. Besides that he created the problems himself.

I always liked Dawson and still do. I don't doubt his skills or fighting ability I only question his mental side cause of what happened with Pascal.

Also didn't like how he tried to blame his trainer for that Pascal performance either felt that was some real b!+ch stuff Dawson pulled with that one.

dawson has good speed for a light heavyweight, ward has good speed for a middle weight. I think we will see a formula similar to b-hops by ward. straight right or hard jab to get inside then dirty boxing to break dawson's will.

Eddie Mustafa had a lot of blame...he couldn't even tell Chad that he was cutting the ring off like an idiot and allowing Pascal to keep his lead foot outside of his.....which pretty much made Chad a sitting duck for the right hand....that is pressure boxing 101 in a southpaw vs conventional match up....


Besides, struggling with Pascal(who he was about to KO anyway) does not tell us he will lose to Ward.....

When Pascal is at his best, he just circles and throws with very explosive punches...might be predictable, but his speed/power combination is much higher than Ward's, which means you have less margin for error and have to be very weary of him...even Hopkins, who is a very good defensive fighter struggled big time with Pascal until the inevitable happened and Pascal ran out of gas...As unskilled as Pascal is, he is physically a very dangerous fighter
