Are JCs injury excuses genuine or not in your opinion ?

I know the Yanks are highly critical & believe they are BS for some reason , but why would he pull out of a glen Johnson fight with a back injury & a Lacy fight a broken hand WHY ? Theres no point being in boxing with the sort of hand speed JC has & that sort of talent if your going to pullout of big fights by faking injuries,

Im no JC fan at all, but i think its silly to suggest he has faked injuries.

Over time I've learned to like Calzaghe. When he is in top form he's extremely fun to watch. I do hope whatever personel problems he's having are resolved soon because if he wanted he could easily be a top ranked prize fighter here in the US.

After Calzaghe's wife left him, Joe lost control.

I can tell you right now that it is Bull**** that Joe claims to of twisted his back in sparring just before the scheduled fight with Johnson. The truth is that Joe pulled his back shagging every last bimbo in Cardiff. He spent months of drink binges and sleeping around, Johnson would of slaughtered him. Also, he broke his left hand after punching the guy who his wife was seeing.. the guy was a bouncer, Joe walked straight up to him and split his head open with a single shot.

Yep, and it was Jones and Hopkins who pulled out of fights with Joe.. Jones in 2001 and Hopkins in 2003. They bottled it.

I'm sure those fights with Jones and Hopkins didn't come off because it was their fault, just like it was everyone's fault but Joe's that he's been a sheltered WASTE of a fighter who's NEVER fought anyone world class and in their prime, right?

I'm sure it's also everyone's fault BUT Joe's that he's had the measly WBO strap and hasn't been able to unify agaisnt a list of available contenders in his own weight class over the last 6 years, right?
