"Guzman isn't credible enough" Am I the ONLY one who thought that was the most ludicrous thing said by him in this article? Guzman has won titles in 3 different weight classes, is undefeated, and is renowned as one of the most talented fighters in boxing. And, at 140, albeit against journeyman level fighters, he's shown good power at the weight, and his speed and timing is still intact.
Hell, I'd actually favor Guzman to win, likely by UD, but a stoppage isn't unlikely either, given Guzman's unbelievable timing and speed. I used to like Khan, but more and more, his delusional comments really just rub me the wrong way. Khan, some friendly advice, take a step back and analyze yourself, the people around you, and your career, and make smart decisions. Because, a year from now, you might not be so happy with the choices you've made, be smart.

its really hard to teach defense to someone who's an offensive minded fighter. it takes a lot of time to change the mindset of a fighter specially if that fighter had some sort of success in the sport with the type of skills he brings in the ring.
imo not a defensive coach but a more rounded coach is what khan needs.

Is this guy delusional? Here's your defensive secrets...
1. Keep your glove up
2. Clinch
3. Minimize wild exchanges
Other than that, if you're going to spin around 360 every time you get hit in the neck-- there's not a lot anybody can do about it.
