I am pretty sure GBP has thought about that themselves there will be some big fights for Mares if he wins. The guy is building a fan base down in southern Cali.

I can't believe some people on here picked Mares to win by KO. No doubt Mares is bringing the heat but I don't think he wins by KO. Moreno better win on the 10th I got 500 and my friend's got 300 with the same dude. I hope we take his cash. It's going to be a great night of boxing with Cruz on the card too.

Moreno by UD...but I like Mares, classy dude and I respect him and respect him for stepping up and fighting Moreno when he could have easy played the "HIS STYLE IS BORING" "HE HASN'T FOUGHT ANYBODY" "HE IS NOT A DRAW" Card like some of these other fighters DO

Mares even as the Champion is not looking to protect his title or UNDEFEATED RECORD...he is willing to fight the best and that you have to RESPECT, so win lose or draw I will always support a fighter like Mares and I hope other young fighters Follow the Road of ANDRE WARD and ABNER MARES (EARN YOUR WAY TO THE TOP) instead of being handed stardom then PROTECTED!

But I feel like Moreno style will be too complicated for him to figure out within 12 Rounds then if he does, Moreno can switch things on you REAL QUICK, he has a very high IN RING IQ

Best of luck to both fighters, I don't care who wins just give the fans a great fight then that way fans will walk away with respect for BOTH FIGHTERS regardless who wins or lose

Moreno by decision. I like Mares and he will give a game effort, but Moreno has got to be the most frustrating guy to fight. Moreno has such a good defense and a sneaky and quick offense, I just see him being too slick and too good for Mares. That said, Moreno isn't as marketable, so Mares winning a decision he shouldn't is not out of the question.
