To be fair..Pacquiao is coming to the end of a legendary career, Probably less than 3 fights left before he retires are starts to get ko'd by bums.

My point is..why not go out fighting some new exciting fights...Devon, Berto, avd even Bradley...hell even Brandon Rios.

Like you said, it'll be the final nail in the coffin. There's only so long the fight can linger in the public consciousness before everybody wakes up to the fact that politics killed the biggest fight in the current era of boxing.
