Why haven't Sturm and Martinez fought?

why? no one cares about sturm. Martinez is in a huge fight against Chavez. Fighting sturm in germany makes no sense.

Barker was competitive using a high guard and boxing, Macklin was competitive... Sturm is no worse than those two.
