IBF welterweight champion Randall Bailey was scheduled to face Devon Alexander on September 8th at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. As reported by BoxingScene.com's Rick Reeno, Bailey pulled out of the bout with a back injury and the fight will be rescheduled for either October 20th or October 27.
