Thats twice Geale has gone to Germany and won over their Champion , thats got to be a record in itself , he is nothing great but a good honest fighter that is willing to go into their backyards , congratulation Daniel Geale .

Finally a good decision! It was a close fight, I had 115-113 for Geale but at most 114-114 for Sturm ... that 116-112 Sturm was bad, but I'm glad that it didn't matter.

He'll be willing to take on the top middleweights such as Pirog and the winners of Golovkin-Proksa and Martinez-Chavez.

Had it a draw at the end. Sturm was way too passive and he paid for it. Geale landed body shots whenever he wanted to, and Sturm would just shell up and not throw anything back.

Lost some $$$, but on a bright note, at least Geale will defend outside his home country. We actually have a chance at having an Undisputed MW champion.

If Martinez beats Geale, he'll have won every major middleweight title. Ring, WBC, WBO, WBA, and IBF. That's a nice collection to have in trophy case.

Personally, I'd rather see Golovkin-Martinez and Geale-Pirog.
