  • If Erik Morales loses to Manny Pac. Could you see him retiring?

I have this strange feeling that this could be Morales last fight. Who else could he possibly fight if he loses?

I never expected that statement from a Morales fan. He's only 29 for cryin' out loud.

Although there's really no question that there's more at stake for Morales if he loses compared to Pacquiao.

Hehe well Im realistic he is near the end of his career and this fight with pacquiao will tell us just how far near the end imo.

Also i believe though he is only 29 years old his resume is that of a 40 year old veteran warrior.

          Pacquiao X2 (on jan 21)
          Raheem
          Zaragoza
          Jones
          Chacon
          Barrera X 3
          McCullough
          Injin Chi
          Kelley
          Espadas Jr. X2
          Ayala
          Croft
          Hernandez
          Chavez

He may be 29, but don't forget he has been a pro boxer since 16, that takes a toll you.

Nope I don't see him retiring if he loses. He could still beat a lot of 130 POUNDERS in there including MAB so why retire? But it won't be advisable for him to go up at 135.

There are a lot more of fighters who deserves to retire than Morales. The ****i'n clowns and pretenders. The fighters who doesn't have the balls just like Juan MARQUEZ.

                  Loss=TRILOGY.

I dont see him retiring though, for better or worse,I think he'll still be around for a while.

Don't forget, he went pro at 16, so he has been pro for 13 years, but he started young and can't make him go BIG right away..

That is probably the best resume a fighter has today...

Trinidads resume LOOKS good, but whitaker, camacho etc were past their primes.
