Ward is a great fighter, but would I pat to watch him? Probably not.

        Quite a resume.

I wish it was Pavlik instead of Mack and Shumenov/Cleverly instead of Bute II which is an useless fight IMO.

6 fights at home, 3 fights in a neutral venue and 4 fights away. Seriously who the **** has done half of the things this man has done ? Not enough credit is given to this warrior. If he was Mexican, he would be a superstar.

I don't agree that Mack is a much bigger man. He has to make the same weight as Froch so they are pretty close to the same size. If Mack was a big light heavyweight he could not compete at 168. Mack has been stopped 4 times so Froch will make it 5.

Good for Froch. If he does complete that list than he can claim the title of 2nd best SMW even if Ward loses to Dawson.

Froch is easily the second best at 168. Only Ward is better. Kessler is past his prime and Direll is ****ed up since the Abraham fight. Direll is a little crybaby. With his personality and attitude he will never be the best. So who do you think is better than froch these days besides Ward?

Froch is definitely the 2nd best at 168. There's no doubting that Ward is 'the man' there.

I hope he does get that Kessler rematch and wins (along with whooping Mack & Bute II). Would be a terrifc way for him to end his career. I would also like to see him fight Cleverly just so I can see him beat the living snot outta him but I can't see that happening and Froch doesn't need that fight.

No point in a rematch with Ward. Froch may think he stands a chance beating Ward but I really don't see it, Ward is too good a fighter at 168.

Glad that under Hearn he's getting some wider exposure and bigger money fights.

froch will be remembered for years as a guy who was willing to fight the best, and was always competitive, win, lose, or draw.

even though ward did win the vast majority of rounds, i'm sure he finished the fight with the utmost respect for froch. the guy can fight.

you wouldn't pay to see froch beat him, and cement one of the greatest resumes at SMW of all time?

the issue is that he cannot compete with ward, and that became abundantly clear in the first fight.
