Guzman hasnt done anything in years and really has never done anything worth a damn other than beating Soto 4 or 5 years ago. I understand everyone thinks Guzman will be this big test but i dont see it. Like anyone Khan fights he has a punchers chance but thats about it. I guess we will have to wait and see. I will be taking bets

Pequeño Tyson wins. Khan would get KO'd round 1.

Seeing as how you love what the majority think, the majority in this thread also think Guzman KO's Khan.

Your also Bradley's biggest fanboy, and we all know about Bradley and Khan's rivalry.

Like i said, your trying waaaaay too hard to demean Khan's opponents. Khan just ain't that good, and you know it.

And if the media and fans were thinking Garcia would be a walk in the park for Khan, well Khan got knocked the **** out.

So i think that should make everyone go down a few notches with the Khan hype don't you?

I bet your one of them who says Khan is overrated. I agree he is overrated. By people like you. People who try and say Guzman would be a tune up fight
Funny,I don't remember dis*****g any claims about the Bradley Khan history...

Anyway I never said Garcia would be a walk in the park for Khan...But I do remember giving an opinion about who I thought would win the fight and Why...

I believe this is a tune up fight for Khan because Guzman has not had an significant win in some time now...Based off that is,why I feel Khan should dominate Guzman..But if he can't,I really think it's time to consider another career...

Excellent comeback fight for Khan. Excellent "I can still do it" fight for Guzman.

I noticed on Boxrec that Guzman is nicknamed "Sycuan Warrior". I used to work near this casino in San Diego (I was at Barona Casino) & remember when they spent quite a bit on promoting boxers back around 2004-6 or so. Is this just a nickname from then or does he still use it?

^^^^^ Absolute dreadful matchmaking if it turns out to be true. Guzman may be even less known then Garcia was prior to the Khan Ko ... If he wins the casual fan is thinking... So what ??? If he loses (by Ko especially) people will be calling for his retirement ... Robert Guerrero for Khan anyone ???

this is a dumb fight for his people. i expect nothing less from them. he makes poor decisions all the time.

his old strength coach (tavarez) was on the radio claiming that microwaving food makes it radioactive sludge with no nutritional value.
IMHO, he's in a similar position to where Juanma was after he lost to Salido the 1st time. Juanma took on a tune-up and then fought Salido again. Khan is taking on the #3 WBA/#4 IBF in Guzman, which almost guarantees him a shot at the winner of Peterson/Judah. The risk is worth it, but the fall will be much harder to deal with than Juanma's. If he loses to Guzman, then he can just go up to 147 and try to resuscitate his career. We've seen it done before, and Khan is exciting enough to where people will pay to see him again.

Soooooo you're basing your tune up opinion based on Guzman's last significant win while totally disregarding the dangers he poses for Khan? Gotcha!

How did Linares' last tune up work out for him? Thompson had beat nobody up to that day but nvm his power. He's a bum, he hasn't beat anybody so he must be a tune up.

This is a tune up for Khan:

Linares was unproven himself..Khan has at least beat some creditable fighters...Who did Linares beat??

Guzman has also underachieve, and has'int really done anything for me to see him beating Khan at this moment..IMO it feels like a tune up..I'm not making Juan Guzman more of a threat then I seen Garcia to Khan..He has done nothing to make me feel this way...

This is boxing and anything can happen..Anyone could lose, would you bet ya rent money on it,that Guzman could beat Khan??Hell I would not even put 20bucks on that bet..But I feel confident in betting on Khan, because he has shown me more...
