U prosecute ppl based on evidence not on what u want to be the case. I dunno what backward country ur from but good luck with that kinda court system.

Dont think the DA isnt grimey as it gets.. theyll sit down with law enforcement and create wonderful stories to tell hand picked jurys that will eat it up.

Here is what we know. Floyd had an argument with the guy. One of Floyd's entourage shoots at the car a while later. Floyd attempted to distance himself from the crime.

What we do not know is why the guy shot at the car. Did he do it at Floyd's beckoning? No proof whatsoever that happened. For all we know he could have took his own actions upon himself. There is no evidence whatsoever that Floyd asked him to do it. The guy could have been just an idiot trying to impress Floyd.

Some here are trying to turn this into some Floyd Godfather gangland conspiracy when there is zero evidence that any of it existed. Most of us have had friends who would do ****** ****. Just because there was an association does not imply guilt by association.

It can go either way but a quick check on Floyd's behavior and criminal records I'm leaning towards he ordered the shooting.

Alot of hate in this thread for mayweather.

If you fools can leave that out and just speak facts you can prove a point that irrefutable but most here are like females and let their emotions take over.

I have both criticized (outside personal) and praise Floyd for his in ring accomplishment, And at all times I keep it 100.

How did Floyd's freind know of the altercation Floys had with the guy? He wasn't there when it happened

We know Floyd had contact with his freind after the altercation.

I hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist but this is what I sincerely believe. Why the hell would someone in Mayweather's entourage shoot at someone like that on Floyd's behalf? Because Floyd told him to, that's why.

After the shooting occurred, Floyd denied even knowing Ocie Harris but a Police investigation in Floyd's home revealed that Floyd and Ocie knew eachother well as there were numerous pictures in Floyd's home of Ocie Harris. Sounds Fishy as hell that Floyd would deny even knowing the man if Floyd had no part of the shooting.

Yall not to bright when it comes to stuff like this. There is nothing wrong with that because its actually a great thing not to have knowledge of such things.

When a person has money on the level of PBF people will do things for them without being told to do so. Its just like a brother, sister or best friend getting into a fight when the person involved didn't even want to fight. They fighting out of love and the disrespect shown to their loved one. Now in the case of PBF more than likely Harris shot at them without PBF telling him to so he could move up in the ranks of PBF circle and hopefully be set for life by showing his loyalty to PBF. Yall need to understand the person in power doesn't always have to give out an order for something to be done. People like Harris do stuff so they can stick out to the person in power and be looked at as a person to keep around cause they are down for me. People on the streets do plenty of ignorant stuff but a lot of the moves made are chess and not checkers.

All of that is not to say PBF didn't tell him to do it but that is something we don't know.

Would you be cool with going to prison based off of an assumption because of prior things? Doesn't matter if you didn't do it just based off your background off to prison you go. Seems fair and right to you?
