            its in germany, and hes much bigger and more mobile, so that gives valuev the advantage.

            but ruiz is known for his gift decisions and has been able to fix fights in the past (say every one of his fights).

            i still think:

            valuev by decision, either split or majority, or unanimous. i dont expect a knockout.
