Man the little hype over this fight, and I live in the bay area, shows so many things about boxing today. I feel like I'm the pied piper of boxing with my friends tryin to get them pumped about up coming fights. I had to pay for half of my friends ticket for him to come with me and I even told him Nick Cannon was ring announcer! lol

That's why I lean towards Ward in this fight by a hair. He just has that "it" factor. He does whatever it takes to win. He can ADJUST, which is probably the most vital attribute a boxer can have.

For good reason. It will be a hugging and holding fest. It's not boxing.

I thought Ward/Froch was entertaining for the first 7-8 rounds, but it got kinda boring when Froch started to look defeated. I think Ward/Dawson will start off the same, but as Dawson begins to break down mentally, Ward will take over and impose his will. He'll initiate the clinches and work Chad's body whenever he wants to. The pace will ultimately be dictated by Ward.

It doesn't seem like Boxnation/Sky Sports picked it up, seeing as how they got other match-ups on the 8th.

Pure ignorance, based on your assumption. See it for yourself:

And it's not just this fight. This is just one good example.

I look forward to this fight because the winner is the best 168 pounder in the world. Right now Ward is clearly the best at 168 but I think Dawson has a good chance to take his tittle.

i respect everything about andre ward, but my goodness is he feather-fisted...

should be a good fight - i think dawson's length is really being underrated going into this.
