I read recently that Barerra's old promoter Ricardo Maldionado said that Barerra would/could never beat Pac and that is why he never had his man in the ring with him.

When Oscar took control of Pac's career what is the first fight that he made? It was Manny Pacquaio!

So maybe they are leary of Pac a second time but to call Oscar a chicken is just ******/Puerto Rican.
