What's a WBO Sup Champion?

I was looking at the rankings and evidently they have Wlad and Manny as their Sup Champion
I'm guessing Super and the same as the WBA Super... but Manny has no belts at all.
Guess they don't want to recognize his loss either

The wbo itself must have been created only to make the WBA and WBC somehow seem legitimate.

What I'm reading right now, he got the status by not meeting the requirement of making 10 successful title defenses, but he did for his opponents notoriety and his past title success in different weight classes.....
