Berto tested positive in Cali and was suspended by Cali. Under the ABC rules you have to reapply for licensing in the state where you were suspended before another state can license you. So he's just following procedure, doesn't mean he'll actually fight in Cali. Now he's free to pursue licenses in other states.

Your ignorance never seems to amaze me. This has NOTHING to do with the ruling on this case at all. A investigation was done and it was determined Berto should regain his boxing license in California, simple as that. It has nothing to do with your dumb a$$ claim.
