      I'm going to the fight...live about an hour from there. Kind of in the middle of no where, but a nice place. Casino resort owned by the Oneida Indian Nation and they have good facilities. They had a pga golf tournament up there until last year and the events center is a good place to watch a fight.

        Sounds like a ****ty place to make your US debut. But like I said, at least they will be on HBO.

              Should be a great fight card. I just hope they get enough people in there for it. First HBO card that I know of from there, so it should help. Alot of us who really follow boxing know how good main event could be, I just wonder if average sports fan does.

                I went to college in Plattsburgh do I know where Verona is. why they will hold a fight there is beyond me. kinda wish I was still in college tho...Smh. nothing this interesting ever happens north of Albany really.

                  the sad part is Verona is more central new York so its away from all the major cities. not near NYC area. not near buffalo/Toronto not near Montreal. its a very peculiar location. very odd.
