      skilled?
      that's quite broad/open ended.

      mayweather
      whitaker
      toney
      hopkins

      here's where it gets hard..
can i include ray leonard? that makes it easy. in terms of his pure boxing skills i'd say leonard is on tier with mayweather and whitaker, and of course his other strengths make him the best boxer of the men listed by a long shot. leonard was mean, durable, aggressive, a knockout puncher at WW, all things that floyd is not, and outside of whitaker's chin being very good, that whitaker is not. he might have been mean, . he was too weak for it to matter.

if i cannot, there are a few options for the final spot:

      juan manuel marquez
      ricardo lopez
      roy jones jr
      lennox lewis
