it wasn't rules changing. Manny asked for things, floyd gave them to him. Floyd asked for both to take osdt. It wasn't that big a deal.

No, A lot of Sauerland fighters in Europe take random testing, Khan's been doing it.

Ray Leonard told Hearns he wanted roid tests, Tyson told Holy as well. They all had no problems with it.

The only reason it was a big deal is because HE made it a big deal instead of just accepting and making the fight, instead of making excuses and lying.

That isn't a valid excuse because both men were subject to testing. Manny couldn't control when the tests were to occur so he didn't sign to fight. Thats on Manny.

Since then, floyd has had chances to put that offer back on the table. He hasn't. Thats on floyd. Manny refusing $40 mil no ppv, is on Manny.

He's saying that Floyd invented the myth that steroids exist and that this mythical steroid was made up by Floyd to duck out of the fight.

Better testing is year round. Not some phony, "I'll pick the time frame to get tested so I can make sure I'm completely detoxed" random testing.
