Just cause you lose doesn't mean somebody made you their b!%ch. I mean Leonard fought Duran's fight and it was still very close. Leonard lost but I can't agree with that one.

Now in the pre-fight build up yes Duran made Leonard his b!%ch with all the trash talking he did.

Alright, sorry. I hate Leonard though, so I take opportunities to insult him when I can. It's hard to find those chances though, the man was too good.

Did Leonard duck Hearns or not? Your opinon is as questionable as Leonards decisions.

Leonard is one of the best athletes to box!!! He was outstanding on a gymnast floor and moved on a basketball court with incredable control. He was also taught the boxing basics as a young USA competitor and grew into an outstanding amatuer. As a pro the only he lacked was above average power because the call for "speed" to be safer was ingrained in him. He stopped Hearns out of "fear" of loosing and with a barrage of punches, plus Tommy was extremely fatiqued at that time.
Leonard moved like Sugarman, had speed like Sugarman, fought simular to Sugarman used Sugarmans name but................couldn't punch like Sugarman could and couldn't take it like Sugarman could and didn't have the will to set up his opponents like the REAL Sugarman could! Imagine Leonard boxing for 20+ years? He'd be 50 W 50 L & 10 D//// if he fought in the 40 thru 50 in the WW division he's be a late top ten fighter, and without his foot speed he wouldn't be in there at all. To me he's a top twenty WW, and thats a damn good fighter to me. He's a very good fighter who had a few great fights but I don't use the word great as much as others do. It kind of waters it down. Ray
