I'm no expert but I think it's because the urine test can't detect something you just took a few hours prior to the test. So the whole "he didn't test positive so those pills were legal" argument goes out the window...

that makes sense. you're right, whether legal or not, they shouldn't have been consumed right before the fight. I'm listening to the interview right now, see what else is said.
