At 25 to retire is fkin ****** some people start there career at 25 yes for health reason he could consider it as those big blows one after another does damage he has gd offence he cn still be a household name in America however whether he's p4p great is highly unlikely
It is very clear that Khan can't compete at the very highest level with his existing technique. He is very fast and this has flattered his boxing skills. He has no infighting skills, poor defense when attacking and his footwork could be a lot better. IF these can be improved he will be able to compete at a higher level. That may be a big ask as his style is so woven into his DNA changing his technique so that it is on an instinctive level may be near impossible and this is something that should have been done already.
However because of his niche fan base he can make good money fighting low level opponents which won't put his health in danger and can make him easy money. But right now realistically I don't see him competing at the highest level. Golden Boy may not be happy to give him a string of easy fights when they are paying him a fortune. I don't think he should retire but he needs time out to work on his deficiencies and then gradually step up the completion but for now fighting at the highest level can only lead to more loses
