Dwyer outraged and disgusted by Peterson IBF ruling!

The precedent set by the IBF now means that boxers can get caught using illegal drugs, then retroactively claim it's for the****utic use, be subjected to feigned doctor (paid insider) scrutiny and then get away completely clean. This is something that's totally unacceptable, the IBF can no longer be considered a legitimate organization, and consequently this puts the IBF title into total disrepute.
