He was offered 40 mil. If Manny wanted the fight he'd have accepted the offer. No one even needs that much money so do not pretend that Manny's noble offer of taking less isn't obscured by his own greed.

At the end of the day, real negotiations occur between business men and promoters. Manny isn't in a position to offer Mayweather anything.
