I still don't get it, but he just has that "bug the fuck out of people" gene, and it certainly spurs conversation. He is already one of the more polarizing dudes in the sport, boxing fans either love him or hate him but very few are silent about him.

"It doesn't matter if the fans boo you or cheer you, as long as they are not silent about you"

      Star?

LOL now I know you don't socialize outside of the message boards, this message board doesn't equate to real life. Broner isn't even known in the real world yet. Only online to boxing board posters.

And if he does get famous, don't get shocked if people call him a Floyd clone who copies and tries to talk like Floyd cause that is the truth, doesn't make people a hater just very observant they don't have to make up lies like Fl0mos to exaggerate things its because Broner does have an unhealthy obsession with Floyd and its very obvious and pathetic, any man who supports that is probably a guy who grew up with out a male to raise them right.

HBO is pushing him hard right now. He makes things interesting. Broner won't stay undefeated long but he has a lot of what it takes (support included) to be around for a years.

Personally I think his handlers are doing a great job with him. It was a smart move for him to do the unexpected and show up overweight for his last fight; he got WAY more coverage than he would have otherwise -- and gained many more followers(haters). "outgrowing the division" was a cover up, IMO.

Star? He cant even sellout an arena in his hometown. He is dislike by many because he is an ignorant fool and a racist and the general public dont like his antics. So star, he is not.

Broner has to really start competing on a higher level to even begin to speak of being "so called elite". All the best fighters have done it and so should he! Yes he has a lot of haters and some fans as well, but you have to face The Best to be THE BEST! Period! He shouldn't be fighting anywhere under 140.. No competition there at all!

Just based on the amount of threads about him on here you'd think he is the 3rd biggest name in the sport already

He has literally reached stardom based on that.

Like someone else said, he will get KTFO in every single fantasy fight mentioned, but once the fight is signed he will be the overwhelming favorite that is fighting a no hoper.
He's marketed him self good and is becoming a very good fighter. Now he just has to deliver. By this time next year, we should have a much better idea of how good he can get. Everyone says he hasn't fought noone. Now he is moving into the weight divisions with some pretty good fighters. It gets better from here.
