What has any of the other opponent Broner faced has ever done outside of Ponce De Leon(who Broner didn't out class)? Peterson would be the best Broner would face in his career at this point!!! Plus styles make fights.

I think Broners style would fit him a little more. He's still a really good fighter who doesn't get any attention or dates these days. I wouldn't favor him, but it would definitely be a good fight. He'd be outsized yet again though. He was 139 (gained 4lbs) against Rios, Broner has been 145-147 on fight night. It's possible he may impose his will the way he did with Escobedo again, seeing as how it worked with Rios you can definitely argue that's not where Peterson likes it... but then I don't know if I'm willing to say Broner is as effective as rios in that range.

Still, it's a fight that I'd finally give Broner his respect on. High risk low reward. Ant probably knows a thing or two about TRT too :P
I have disagree with you somewhat here. Rios was over 150lbs for that fight and Peterson had no way to keep him off except for trying to go the body and take some steam out of Rios. We all saw what happened with that.

As far as the fight goes between Peterson vs Broner that is a very good and should be explored IMO.

Hope this fight comes off, it will be a good test for Broner.. even though I know he's to big for anyone at 135.. But skillwise it can be a pretty good matchup for HBO, actually a real fight and not a cupcake..

Styles makes fights!! Skills for skills they are just about even. But I think Broner may be a little tougher mentally.

Broner by easy Ko. He damn sure needs to fight someone better than that to live up to all his bragging.Golden Boy can get him a lightweight tittle fight for his next fight. Anything less is bs.I think he would be more comfortable at 140. I think he will have trouble making 135.

I know right. I had to laugh @ Huge step up from his (Broner's) previous opposition comment. Huge step up in opposition size yes but nothing else.
