    BoxingScene.com has been advised that negotiations are ongoing for Luis "El Artisano" Cruz (20-1) to face unbeaten prospect Casey Ramos on a special edition of ESPN Thursday Night Fights on September 13th at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.       Ramos has this one as long as he doesn't cut. He hits much harder than his record shows and will swarm Cruz. Lopsided win for Ramos.
