    The negotiations are already taking place to finalize a deal for a junior welterweight bout between Joan Guzman (33-0-1, 20KOs) and Khabib Allakhverdiev (17-0, 8KOs). The vacant "regular" WBA 140-pound title would be on the line. Guzman was ordered by the WBA to face Pablo Cesar Cano, who rejected the opportunity. Guzman's promoter, Aquinity Sports, has set their target on Khabib.
