I look through some of the threads on here and get frusrated with the side taking. Any true boxing fan will appreciate both fighters for what they bring to the sport. Personally, i prefer watching Floyd but i can appeciate how skilled Pacman is.

Please tell me some of you fellow boxing fans share my opinion!...

I agree, I'm a fan of both fighters. I find it funny when fans feel the need to take sides just because the two fighters are talking trash about each other. It is what it is, tribalism is part of human nature.

What makes me laugh is both sides argue till the cows come home about points that are irrelevant to the outcome of Floyd Vs Pac. They judge it on how much better floyd dealt with marquez or manny with cotto. But each fight will take a mind of its own, and even if floyd is the fav in my eyes that doesnt mean he will perform. Manny is capable of beating anyone, but he sure as hell wont dominate Floyd like his previous opponents. Manny makes a lot of careless mistakes, just like khan. Unfortunately for him, Floyd will captalize on them.

He may throw and land more but gets hit more than Floyd. As for a slow cotto... Manny would never know what cotto is truly capable of as he wont fight him at 154. But he will fight margarito at 154? Manny cant get away from right hands, marquez proved that. Manny hasnt got the power he did, the bradley fight proved that. manny fights in bursts, he doesnt consistantly throw punches. You need that to beat Floyd. Manny uses foot feints to create openings, or counters pressure fighters like hatton and cotto. However if he thinks he will land more effective blows than may then he will have a bad night, if he uses feints and head movement to draw floyd's offence and counter he may win. But Floyd is a perfectionist, and he chose to fight the way he did against cotto. He was never hurt or phased. He was smiling when cotto worked away at the ropes. And if you dont expect a fighter of cotto's calibre at his comfortable weight to inflict a 'bloody nose' then you boxing knowledge. try to access each fighters skills, stop obcessing over mannys.

Manny fought Cotto already. and fought him at a weight he was comfortable at making. Being he came in in his fight before Manny at 146....and won two fights in a row at hat weight. Why fight him now at 154 where Manny dont feel comfortable at? After he beat MArg he said e didnt wanna fight At 154 again....and all of a sudden everyone including Floyd is moving up to 154 and oocalling Manny! hehehehe It is what it is an when you wake up to that fact you will be better off.

Face it, manny is scared of cotto at 154. How can manny claim to not feel good at 154! that the best ive seen him! and is this the same C class fighter than has beat manny twice?
