that said i dont agree with most of what pac and floyd have done the past few years. pac picking on weight drained old guys with perfect styles for him. mayweather annoys the hell out of me too. coming in overweight for jmm with no intention of making the weight. i blame floyd too for the pac fight not happening. even though pac's promoter is ducking him i feel that someone like srl would have conceded alot of thing to pacquiao just to make the fight happen, because he knows he is the better fighter. hopefully the next generation of boxers isnt like this ones.

At this point both guys piss me off so much their egos are too big for one fight and it made me dislike them both. People on here argue tooth and nail for either Pac or Floyd but it really is two sides of the same coin.

They are both amazing fighters, they both have huge egos, and they both have ****ty fans.

He actually said that there werent considering mayweather as an option at that time. Bob Arum is a corrupt son of a ***** but he isnt to blame for the fight not happening. Mayweather has that much money he could go halfs with manny to buy out his contract if bob was the problem. Gamboa proved that fighters have some power, he didnt want rios so he didnt fight! I rate pacman as floyd's equal as a boxer. But PPV numbers speak for themselves. Floyd generates the most buys so by right should recieve the bigger PPV split. He did guarantee manny 40 million. Maybe 80-20 ppv and manny guaranteed 25 million. Sounds fair to me.

There's no doubt Floyd's PPV split should be a little higher. I think something like 60/40 or at the very least 65/35 in favor of Floyd, just not something as ridiculous as 100% PPV going to one fighter. It's Floyd VS Manny after all, and the majority of casual fans that have never bought a PPV in their lifetimes will buy it mainly for Pac.
