Fight has lost it's steam. I still want to see it though, it'd be the same result regardless of the timeline. Manny maybe slowing down a bit but he still the same lame fighter, with the same ring IQ. Mayweather ends the pacland fantasy and send right into fulltime politics.

mayweather vs cotto for example, most people(outside of die hard cotto and floyd fans)didn't care for that fight because it should have happened 4-5 years ago and cotto was beaten up bad by pacquiao. but when the fight finally happened, 1.5 million people still bought it.

based off of pacquiaos last 2 fights(IMO he lost a close fight to jmm and beat Bradley but not by as much as a lot of people thought) most people outside of pac fans feel Floyd wins by unanimous decision.

you have to face the facts, Floyd vs Pac has lost its buzz, alot of people aren't as interested as they were. but if this fight is made a lot of people will end up buying it anyway because its easy to sell things to the millions of suckers that watch the idiot box(TV) on a daily basis.

Hardcore boxing fans might have lost alot of interest in the fight, but this fight will still sell and that is what it's all about. Competitive matchups? Please, this is a business first, sport as an afterthought. Casual fans will eat this up like it's Ali-Frazier 2.0.

It is still an interesting matchup, I will still watch it, and all of you saying you lost interest will still watch it as well.

LOL @ people saying no one cares about this fight anymore.

Sure, most of US are tired of hearing about it, but you can bet your ass if this thing gets signed, it's going to curb stomp every possible record (ppv, revenue, etc.).
