    1. Canelo
    2. Kirkland

I doubt Kirkland would turn this down if offered to him. I don't think Canelo will fight Cotto in MSG.

I get it. But I imagine somewhere down the line someone will realize that for such a great fighter Pacman sure does need plenty of advantages to fight. So Bradley will thread where Pacman fears to go?? lol!!

Wat has Kirkland done to deserve this kind of fight? I rather see Cotto go after K9 and the IBF belt to set up a unification with either Floyd or Canelo in 2013.

I'm a Cotto fan but you cannot be serious. Kirkland has beaten better fighters at 154 than Cotto has.

I have zero doubt Cotto spanks K9. I can't see any way he beats Cotto, unless he gets that one punch. Unification would be nice, but in today's age of titles, doesn't mean what it used to. Cotto beats Kirkland, but it's better action, sells better, and I think Cotto will look better against his style.

I'm never against seeing accomplished champions going at each other so Cotto/Bradley would be cool, a little random but whatever. Both are ready for that level of competition.

I want the Cotto/Canelo fight to be competitive, that is my only agenda when I say that Canelo is not ready for that fight...he needs these two upcoming fights in Sept. and Dec. and I think he will finally be able to share the ring with Cotto in the Spring and give us the classic most expect. I'm optimisitic they will put Canelo in with a known contender or champion at 154 in the next fight...I'd be shocked if they put him in with Cotto after what is essentially a replacement fight with Josesito.

K9 is a pretty good fight to make if they have to wait for Canelo and others. There will be action and I think a TKO for Cotto is likely. Cotto will get most of the pot, K9 will fight at MSG, and won't have any issues with timing/tune-ups like Kirkland might.

an easy bout first whoever is available at 154, looking foward to two huge match ups in 2013, Mayweather-Canelo, and Cotto vs winner of Martinez-Chavez.

I voted Canelo. If he can beat Canelo or even put up a good fight then he is still very good and should continue fighting if he wants to. If Canelo KOs him like I think he will then he should retire with his health and his wealth. He won't fight N'Jikam unless it's at 157 in my opinion. The Canelo fight would be a big payday for him.
