Ehh idk but if he beats Ward it would definitely be a conversation...

Well if he avenges the Pacal loss, I would say so

I voted yes. The hall of fame is not that hard to get into if you study it and see who is in there and how little some of them did.

i agree with this statement. He could potentially get in off that resume which is pretty good. The thing is people seem to confuse HOF with ATG so i see a lot of arguments and dissections in Chads future.

Not for just that. It depends on what he does after that. If he puts some wins together after it, he might earn it. But if he goes to lose a couple after it, he won't. So just the Ward win shouldn't be enough.

Even if for some reason he never fights again, he beats Ward and he'll get in. He loses a few fights, don't see why he would though, he'll still get in based on his overall body of work IMO. It just shows how good Ward is that most people aren't giving Dawson much of chance. Dawson is a highly skilled boxer puncher and has some quality wins. Ward is just that good.

Quite frankly, it wouldn't really surprise me if Dawson got into the HOF with his CURRENT resume and accomplishments. If you look at the fighters who were inducted into the HOF, you'll see it doesn't take as much to get in as you may initially think.
