Judah was flopping around the ring and had no control of himself. The ref should have just let him continue just because he MIGHT have recovered with that minute? No way.

At around the 34:10 mark, they interviewed the ref .... Ref said there was no such rule and the reason was because he was worried about the fighters health ..... not because of a rule on Judah going down twice.

Falling down twice is not a rule at all and he should have been giving the benefit of the doubt especially since he was winning the fight up until that point.
