this is an awesome match up between undefeated fighters, who are blodd and gut warriors, who don't know how to back down, slow down, or give an inch!!!!

I am going to take Alvarado over Rios, just based on the fact that i've been a Alvarado fan since day one having seen him fight live, the guy is a beast, and has proven his toughness.

he's come off two hard as hell fights and has improved each time out, i think it's mile high mikes time to shine and this is a fight that benefits him, as well as Rios though, it's a match up for the AGES!!!

I respect both fighters so much, and respect them even more for stepping into the ring with one another, I hope to the powers that be, this fight gets made..... and gets the proper hype and promotion a match up of this magnitude deserves!!!!

my money on rios tko alvardo in the 11th but about the weight issue has anyone even seen rios latley? I am surprised that Top Rank is making this fight. I have to go with Rios on this one. I read some where that Arce doesn't want to fight Donaire so we will see if he can fight Nishioka instead.

I wouldn't say Mathebula was a bum. He was in the Top 10 and beat Ndlovu, and should have arguably beaten Caballero.

Donaire does need to at least fight Nishioka and Rigondeaux before leaving 122 though.
