gesta is ok to me...i'm not saying he can beat broner but he can compete with him. gesta just have some bad habits...he's inconsistent, doesn't move his head, doesn't have a killer instinct and he likes to have breaks as if he's fooling around just standing in front of his opponent doing nothing.

his skills are ok though...he got fast hands with power, good combinations and counters well. his reflexes are ok too and he blocks a lot of punches. it's his habit of taking those lazy breaks that could put him in trouble.

I haven't seen it that way, but it could become one of the selling points of this fight. This has a potential of becoming a big fight. But the point here is these guys will fight anybody at this point of their careers. Their promoters should be taking advantage of this opportunity.

I would like to see Figueroa/Gesta before I want to see Broner/Gesta. The gap in skill level is evident. Broner would have so much fun with all the countering opportunities that Gesta provides. The only way he loses if he's too passive, other than that, he would make Gesta look very amateurish.

Edit: Forgot that Panterita is with GB, so that has no chance, FML with this ****** feud.

What makes Boner a top prospect? He stopped a D level Coke head in Perez and out weighed Escobedo cheating him on the scales..

Would love to see Gesta vs. Boner both can really put each other to the test.
