Most places had him #2 behind Mayweather and in front of Pacquiao who remember hadn't fought Barrera 2 or Marquez 2 yet.

Even if their was some archived P4P list from July 2007 its not worth looking for. The unanimous top 3 at the time were Floyd Winky Pacquiao most had it in that order, some didn't, but they were every bodies top 3.

BH has never given the impression he thinks Floyd is above him. He has kinda made it known Pac is above him though.

Nope. That's a lie. And further, calling it a catchweight fight without mentioning that Wright moved up two divisions is a skewed perspective. Wright was a fat, slow, aging fighting well out of his weight class

Both are far behind on my ATG list, Hopkins is far far behind. If you think of middles and LtHvy he is not even in the biggest of pictures. Mayweather at 140 is a good fighter but at 147 throughout the history of that class he is not up front at all, can't punch! Leonard and Hearns would eliminate him fairly easily and Sugarman would hurt him badly! Theres alot of others that would be to strong for him, he's a 140 pounder at best in the big picture! Ray.
