How is that even possible? It's not like either guy is gonna start back peddling or just wait to counterpunch all night.

It could end up like Rios Antillon. A war no doubt, but far too short of a fight to satisfy the expectations

Rios big advantage is he throws shorter quicker shots in close, where as Alvarado at times can smother his power but still be effective if he takes a half a step back to get extension on his shots he can box and brawl mixing it up would be to his benefit.

Though when the crowd gets going and the blood starts flowing not convinced Alvarado will do that and instead look to stand toe to toe and **** it out maybe his size and strength will be too much but it gives Rios his opportunities where he only can have success which is why i'd slightly lean towards him but really not sure how the weight will affect him Alvarado is huge for 140 and just more fit

This. So because he unofficially "lost" against Abril a (defense specialist),Rios is not a puncher anymore? Alvarado is in a war every time he fights, even against less than stellar opposition.

I'm absolutely positive Rios wins this fight.

                Probably by stoppage.

I'm willing to bet anyone 5 mil per bet.

I have the same feeling. I think he means it will be over quick. That to me is a let down

Should be a great fight, I think Rios will win but I just can't help but think he is sleeping on Alvarado.

Rios has no size advantage in this case. I am skeptical of Rios power at the higher weight level.
