Rios big advantage is he throws shorter quicker shots in close, where as Alvarado at times can smother his power but still be effective if he takes a half a step back to get extension on his shots he can box and brawl mixing it up would be to his benefit.
Though when the crowd gets going and the blood starts flowing not convinced Alvarado will do that and instead look to stand toe to toe and **** it out maybe his size and strength will be too much but it gives Rios his opportunities where he only can have success which is why i'd slightly lean towards him but really not sure how the weight will affect him Alvarado is huge for 140 and just more fitComment

This. So because he unofficially "lost" against Abril a (defense specialist),Rios is not a puncher anymore? Alvarado is in a war every time he fights, even against less than stellar opposition.Comment
