You guys ever think floyd may have invested in this company the way, for example, hedge fund managers invest in start up companies. That doesn't always mean they can't go to banks.

he's saying that although the casino people are likely to be found responsible for the 61 million and may legally owe it to floyd, they're not going to be able to pay it
just think about all of the other people they'll owe money (banks, the IRS, etc)
they wont have the juice to cover all of that in addition to a 61 million dollar debt to mayweather jr.
whatever they own (casinos, offices, etc,) will be sold. it will not equal 61 million dollars, and floyd is not going to be the only people who is owed money.
the IRS takes a huge percent if you owe them a lot of money, and they'll outweigh any banks, and certainly floyd mayweather jr, in seizing assets.
the bank that holds the loan on the casino gets first dibs on the building and it's wares
the bank with the loan on their offices gets first dibs on the office, etc.
61 million dollars is not coming out of the woodwork. floyd will probably never see this money. he'll see some of it. the men who owe it to him will die before they can pay it off.
