He ducked a lot of fighters in my opinion. After his careful cherry picked route from 135 through 147 he retired when the division was at it's best. I'm not going to argue semantics. The fact is if he had a more active career and was aggressive in making fights he could of made a lot of things happen. But hey if you want to think Bruseles, Gatti, Shamba Mitchel, Baldomir, and chop chop where his best available opponents or retiring in his prime was a good move don't let me get in the way of your fantasies.

5 division champion with a built in name but has not yet faced a prime legit hall of fame opponent. How is that even possible? well cherry picking & fake retirements can accomplish that.

if you look at all the bona fide atgs in the hall of fame, overwhelming majority are NOT UNDEFEATED. Those who are, they all have question marks in their resume. That includes ricardo lopez & marciano.

UNDEFEATED RECORDS = SU****IOUSNESS.
