The fight wasn't a robbery.
It was a close fought contest which I thought Savon won but this result was hardly set in stone. Both fighters landed some good shots and Joshua was very fortunate to get the 1-point decision win, I thought it was going to count back.
I wonder what everyone thinks about Joshua now? Those who jump on hype trains without doing their assessment of a fighter are in for a bumpy ride.

whilst i feel sympathy for the iranian lad and do think the referee was being hard, i also think that it's pretty damn dumb to be warned then keep doing the same thing, warned then repeat, until being disqualified by a referee who obviously wasn't up for taking any *****. just like i think that going a few miles an hour over the limit when driving ain't that big a deal but if you keep getting done for it then either stop doing it or lose your licence, depends what's most important to you, ain't brain science.
stop holding or get disqualified?! hmm.
obviously the lad daren't stop holding or he'd have got a spanking so at least this way he can grumble like hell and get a bit of sympathy.Comment

lets not blame amateur boxing for the bad decision because we get worst decisions in the pros in a whole bunch of fights ,is just that those judges decided to give the fight to the brittish savon outlanded him by a couple in the last round not by one but what can u do theres always going to be cheaters whoever wins wins and Savon wonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnComment
