Great Britain’s own Luke Campbell helped jump start the festivities with a 11-9 win over Vitorrio Parrinello of Italy. Campbell received a first round bye and was fighting for the first time in the 2012 London Games. His appearance was well-received by a rabid, partisan crowd on hand at the Excel Arena, who cheered his every move.
