They both headlined on HBO though. Peterson against Ortiz and Khan, Matthysse against Alexander.

Hank Lundy is a Khan waiting to happen. A chinny dude who likes to **** it out. Once he stops fighting the Dannie Williams' and Beltran's. In other words, once (if ever) he gets out of ESPN he would get KTFO. If I was TMT I would not sign him but still look to match him up vs Gamboa. He would be a solid tune up/test for Gamboa at 135.

That fight wasn't in his hometown.

Like Salido, Broner, Abril? Malignaggi?, Alexander, Josesito Lopez, what about Carson Jones? Shawn Porter, etc. Guys like that. There's some B fighters there, but when they do lose they put up good efforts at least.
Celestino has had over a dozen title fights I'm sure and won nearly all. He's had 4 losses and a couple of them were split decisions, that could have gone his way. But he'sin his mid 30s so couldn't have much of a caeer left. As for Lundy it seems that probably young and not too bright fighters will want to sign because of the attraction of the (c)rapper. If they'd been keen on being close to Mayweather they would have signed with him before now. So ther'll b e young and older fighters hoping that a "new broom" will prolong their careers and.

I hope not. Lundy and Linares should fight each other.

Wouldn't mind it to let Gamboa get acclimated to the weight. Gamboa would catch him and get him out of there, but Gamboa's chin always leaves an oppurtunity.

Why are you hating on a fighter who always comes to fight and puts on entertaining scraps? Boxing needs to change this one loss and your a bum attitude. Within reason on any day a fighter can lose to a fighter. It's good for a fighter to lose a few fights, they will never improve unless they are forced to change certain parts of their game.
