Dibella speaks on Taylor's next fight

He said Taylor will fight either Felix Sturm, Sam Soliman, Roman Karmazin, or Kassim Ouma. He says they don't want to fight a "****" fighter.

He also says he's trying to get Vernon Forrest to fight Ike Quartey.

    Then he shouldn't fight Soliman.

I guess a Sturm matchup might be good, just to resolve outstanding issues with this guy. I think Taylor takes him easy.

Soliman could make sense in one way - try to do a better job on him than Winky could and use that as the tune up for Winky.

Winky clearly won, but didn't blow him out. If Taylor can blow Soliman out, that would be a statement that feather fisted Winky didn't make.

Bottom line - tell the WBC to take a hike. Sturm, Karmazin or Ouma are all worthy opponents and then take on Winky. Soliman is the weakest of the bunch, but there is some logic there because Winky just beat him unimpressively.

Any of these guys would be acceptable in the first named paragraph. I don't see how the Winky fans could complain if this is what he wants as an "easy" fight in his hometown prior to taking on Wright. This wasn't meant as a shot towards Wright but the man (Taylor) is willing to fight top competition on his own why the hell must Wrights camp and the WBC try to force his hand? I said Wrights camp as someone posted an article where Gary Shaw said they'd force WBC and HBO to make the fight happen next....anyhow props to Taylor for thinking of good oposition, and if he doesn't stick with one of these or is forced to fight Wright next /smack Taylor but he won't disappoint me will he?
