Explain to someone who tried to correct my spelling only to look like a fool with your own errors? Hint: Good is not good eough to make it to the top in any division. There are 5-6-3 type record fighters who a man off the street like you would not last a round with. That puts you in no position to say a top fighter is not good by your or anyone's definition.

You have a lot to learn. My buddy who trains a top 20 PFP boxer sees guys like you come into a gym who don't have a clue what a good fighter is. Have you fought for 3 or 6 rounds? Have you spent 4 weeks training for a fight? It takes a VERY GOOD fighter JUST to do those things, child, let alone make it to the regional scene, let alone make it to the world scene, let alone become a contender, let alone become a title holder. Just to interject here. I'll give you a couple of reasons why Guerrero is regarded as an elite fighter. But, for one, something to understand. You DO realize that Guerrero was coming off of a 15 month layoff, and was jumping up two weight classes to face a 23-0, solid and hard punching natural welterweight contender. And, despite getting caught with a shot here and there he virtually dominated the fight, under all of these circumstances, he put on a VERY good performance.

To explain why he IS a top fighter, and is regarded as such, well for one, you do realize that he is a 3 division champion, right? We're talking about a guy who started his career at featherweight (126lbs) and just beat a solid, natural welterweight (147lbs). Fighters who aren't "good" as YOU say, do not achieve things like that. Not to mention, Guerrero has been on a steady winning streak for nearly 7 years. And over that time span, he has beaten the likes of Klassen, Katsidis, Litzau, Casamayor, Escobedo, Aydin and others as well. In the midst of beating all of these guys, as I stated before, he's been jumping up weight classes and challenging himself big time.

Guerrero has fought, and has earned his way to the top of the sport. I'm not even a big fan of Guerrero, but facts are facts, and there is literally no argument to suggest that Guerrero isn't a world class fighter. The guys fights his a.ss off every time, and the bit of clinching he used tonight was a bit out of character of him, and that's likely due to the rust from the long layoff, and the fact he was jumping up two weight classes, so, you know it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. Guerrero's punch numbers are usually in the 900 range, he fights hard, he's exciting and has earned the label of a world class fighter and there is just no arguing that. You need to give him more respect.

I thought the fight was very entertaining as was the under card. I had Guerrero winning 115-114. The judges scorecards were a bit disappointing. Guerrero has moxie and technique, but too many punches are just air. His holding in the 12th round was also ridiculous. Calling out Mayweather seems to be the trendy thing to do, but it seems like he is just trying to hit the lottery. No way does he deserve that fight. I'd favor him versus Maidana, call it even versus Alexander, and consider him an underdog versus Kahn. He clearly has no power at 147. I'd like to see him fight either Broner or Rios.
