One draw worth downloading is Lewis-Holyfield 1. Just to see a disgrace. It is quite fascinating really. FIghts like that make you hold your breath for the scores no matter how bad the beating appears

It was supposed to be Thee fight of the decade in terms of the 2 best p4p fighter in the world...most experts were predicting that Chavez body punching was going to wear down Sweat Pea and he would end up stopping him late.

As it turned out that prediction which was held by the majority never came to fruition and Sweat Pea absolutely dominated him...bear in mind he dominated him but it was not in a fashion where you will watch it over and over again with excitement...once youve seen the fight once there is no real reason to see it again unless you are just double checking your scorecard.

Chavez after the fight did what he did the best which was ***** and moan and never ever admit defeat.

It was a superfight that was hardly Super.

We found out that Chavez although a great warrior did not belong in the same ring as Pernell (I know the JC Superstar fans will say he was not in his prime and they have a case but Chavez was the favorite).

We got to see Chavez really truly be an ******* for the first time in his career, it was a first sign indicator of things to come as he bitched and moaned in defeats against Randall (he flat out cheated/quit which I will never forget vs. Randall) and Oscar as well.

      Horrible night!

ok then i wont download it after that description, LOL

If you're a HUGE Pea fan (me for example) and you like seeing the art of boxing at its finest then go ahead and download it for sure. Pernell made Chavez look extremely ordinary, which is something that Chavez definitely was not.

Bad robbery though...probably one of the 3 worst decisions ever.

Actually I gave you a long winded nothing of an answer.

If I was you I would download simply because it was a huge fight against 2 all time greats and a famous decision...chalk it up as education.

I havent seen much Whitaker, and i watched it the other day.

I thought it was just great to watch a great boxer fight a great fight. (Thats 3 greats!!)

Seriously, watch it because it was Chavez's first deafeat, eventhough Whitaker was robbed.

Some of Whitakers moves are amazing. If ur a boxing fan, then its a must.

What is this IF ****, That's why it's called the Sweet Science...That's why one has to make it a fight, and Chavez couldn't do the job PERIOD.

You dont get what im saying, what I mean is, if Witaker abandoned his boxing skills and fought an inside fight the way Corrales did to Castillo, then Chavez would have knocked him flat out like when Chavez caught him with a good punch and almost flooded him fighting Witakers fight. What are you talking about?, The only one that had the choice of what type of fight he wanted, it was Witaker because Witaker is a boxer and not a fighter. Chavez's game plan was pressure , but it wasent enough, like I said, Witaker is one of the best boxers to step in the ring. So dont give me that bullsh#t, "what is this if ****", bull**** son. Thats why I said, "what IF", dumba$$. You must be Witaker behind that computer, so im gana ask you a question, "do you think you could have also beaten Chavez if you decided to fight his fight?"

Was Sweet Pea hurt in that fight? I never saw it myself. From the way you described it, it sounds like Chavez had him hurt.

He almost knocked him down but he bounced on the ropes and stayed up, the punch was an uppercut. I even remember reading from a boxing writer on the ring mag. talking about his chin, that even a little uppercut from Chavez almost had him down but the ropes were there to keep him up.
